The message is "There are no valid files on the stick" or so. My car is a Grand C4 build 2017.
Now i tried another stick, but i got the same message :-(

I made some updates with the original files from Citroen without problems (with the same stick) On the working stick (Citroen Original there is only updateinfo.xml in the root and the folder SWL?

are the files in the root of the USB stick ? and is the USB stick fat32 formatted ?

Yes, maybe my Navi is not Compatible with this map Update?

Everything is ok on C3 Picasso, except map 20 (southern-eastern-europe) that remains stuck at about 98%.

Maybe a bad download, try downloading again, there may be some missing or corrupted files.
