Worked a treat for me loaded on PSA which loaded the card on the car's second attempt.
Just a real PITA downloading over the site... gift horse etc

Followed the instructions and unpacked the RAR files as a group to the SD card, which generated the Navigation folder automatically.

Nav seems to have roads and housing estste built > 1 year ago

I have a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso 2011.
How can i update the maps? I have now 2018-1 version. And how should the sd card file structure be?

1 / Have a 16 GB SDHC card


2 / Format it in fat32, file allocation size: 64kb


3 / Once the RNEG_2020-1.zip file has been downloaded, open it and drag the "database" folder directly to the root of the SDHC card.


4 / With the ignition off and the radio off, insert the SDHC card in the vehicle reader


5 / Turn on the radio, switch to Navigation mode, the system loads the map




If the system tells you that it does not recognize the card
Go to "setup" then simultaneously press buttons 1 + 2 + 3 to access the hidden menu. Enter "settings", then "System Reset (Reboot)". The system restarts and the map appears on the screen

Follow the instructions how to format the SD card and changed the SD Id.
SD card with map is recognized. But at some point the system restarts out of sudden.
Do you know what the issue could be?

There was no need to change the card id.
There may be problems with unofficiel maps, so I still use 2018-2 officiel maps.
