My NG4 on Citroen c5 X7 doesn't start map updating. I have tried:

(1) verifying the media has been formatted correctly. Before copying the files onto the media, put one audio track and observed that it plays.

(2) Both SD and USB have been tried.

After deleting the song and copying the file across onto the media, insert the media and turn on the radio. Nothing happens. Any idea what I've done incorrectly?
