I'm having trouble with this file. I got the link from the My Citroen app when I signed up. I've downloaded the file to my computer but it's not possible to upload it to a flash drive as the FAT32 file system can only load files to a maximum of 4GB and this file is 8GB. It doesn't matter how much storage your drive has this system can only load files up to 4GB. Has anyone else had this problem?
I've tried everything, I reformatted but then my connect nav system cant find the drive as it only works with the FAT32 system??
I'm trying to get a response from Citroen. As far as I can see it's an issue they need to sort with Tom Tom, the file needs to be broken into smaller files less than 4GB.

If i am not wrong you must extract the *.tar file to the root of the USB Stick. not drag and drop the tar to your USB Stick.

open the *.tar file with WINRAR and extract it to your USB stick. and you don't have file limitations of 4gb.
