Hello!
I have an old Becker gps unit which came with the original software and maps, back in 2013. Since Becker maps are no longer available since 2018 due to Becker's bankrupcy, i can no longer update my maps and honestly, in Romania, Becker units are no longer updated and frankly I don't want to use the old software anymore. I used the old method of replacing original Navigator.exe file from the internal memory with a modified version of iGO Primo, added maps needed and licences for the 2020 HERE maps and practically tricked the gps that it has the original software. Everything booted up normally, Primo started correctly, no errors whatsoever, all new maps detected BUT ... no satellite connection. I searched the original sys.txt from Becker to find the baud and port data, but had no luck. Can anyone help me with this matter? Any idea to get this gps working with new iGO software and new HERE maps?

Thanks for the info Jeanet. I studied the problem above and found another solution. Unfortunately haven't got the time now to detail it but i will come back shortly. I also have the files necessary to unlock the unit. In a few days i will get back. BTW, "auto" baud setting in sys.txt did not worked. For this unit is: com port 7, baud rate 57600. All the best !
