Give this a try:
Update the maps of the device and rename new MapDrawer.nfs to MapDrawer_Skoda.nfs
I have some experiences with Skoda/VW Navigons. Free maps was only 3 years after buy the car. From Navigon portal you can do only software update, no maps if car is newest than 3 years. So - these 2020 maps can work, but not at all, becoz files (like MapDrawer etc) are different than standart Navigon files. When you update with no-Skoda/VW maps, then the colour of map is little different, more like Black & White. For someone its useable, for someone not... But, you lost Voice Command option from menu. So its a not good choice...
I say it is a good option: make a new free account and you will receive free 3 years, try, it does not cost anything.
