If you look at this attachment (not the previous one above), you'll notice that all DirType & Direction DATA in FIXED_Cyprus and MOBILE_Cyprus are "ZEROED" like that:

    32.80786,35.14381,1,50,0,0
    32.83683,35.13014,1,50,0,0
    32.88322,35.15472,1,50,0,0
    32.90142,35.16131,1,60,0,0
    32.91581,35.16947,1,50,0,0

I want to compare and see if there are differences in DirType & Direction values between the previous SPC file and the current TXT file.

What is source of "current TXT file?" Speedcam data from NNG are directional; from other source like SCDB, they are not. I'll post the decoded .spc file later for you.

So it's SCDB and its alerts are never directional. Your .spc has only 4 alerts, but they are directional

Which means that the first attachment file:

, gives the driver ("HERE map user") only 4 camera alerts in all Cyprus?

Looks pretty ridiculous, compared to the 102 SCDB's FIXED cameras and 66 MOBILES that covers all Cyprus.

Yes, NNG .spc for Cyprus has a whopping 4 speedcams (the record is 1, but I'm not going to tell which country it is). But they are verified and directional. If 4 isn't enough, you can combine the ones from SCDB (or anywhere else)
