-Again Copy to SD: CX20 WinCE menu 3 file.
- Insert SD, then explorer: UbootLockApp -> but now User mod
-Tick Yes
-Tick Ok
-Tick X in right upper corner of the screen (close explorer)
-Turn off device and remove sd card
-Reboot device
Normally now the Mio should boot in the usual screen.

Hi Cserrobi, that movie is pretty unclear what files there are, this Mio is a C230 not a C520, I can see from the icons with startup.
I don't know if these files work on a C520, I can't do anything with the Mio anymore, I can't get to the boot menu anymore.
SD card formatted and only the 3 files from the file CX20 WinCe menu on it, but I can't reset what I want more back, draining the battery doesn't help either.

Then use it as a door support.
I think it's worth a change anyway.

Hi Chauffeur1
I have faced exactly the same problem like you discribe in post #18.
By following the routine as discribed in post 21 the problem was solved.
The ROM suggested in the video from post #22 is good for the Mio C520
Now i have R37 instead of R02. (Thanks Cserrobi)

Hi Jaenet, tried everything but only boot with an sd card no matter what it says. without sd card it does nothing.
There was already about 10 years on the rom R37 would go to R40 with the new update, therefore tried that,
Now it is dead can only turn on with the blue screen of wince update.
Thanks for the info anyway, and happy holidays and a healthy 2021.
