i suggest you to create system restore point before trying below things, its not harm but just incase if anything happens you will be on safe side :)
How to use Windows 7 RemoveWat:
1. Download This File
2. Extract the files Windows 7 Remove Wat
3. Run RemoveWAT.exe
4. Click Remove Wat
5. Click OK
That's exactly what I tried using downloaded from post #4 (any difference to this zippyshare version??) after closing my A/V's etc & disconnecting internet but didn't help/fix.
May try the other "reliancepc" trick when I have the time

nother option, go into BIOS (F1 F2 OF and delay, maraca depends) on date 18.11.2015 today put pj not far behind. 08/11/2015 (ben date when work)
remove key and reactivate, then put correct date.

Thanks guys, keep your suggestions coming BUT, currently I would prefer to try to re-activate my genuine/legit copy rather than crack a pirate copy although I may end up having to do that (but not yet)
If yours is license genuine then below method should help you bro
1. Click on start menu.
2.Type cmd in search field.
3.Right click on cmd file and click on Run as Administrator.It is must to run command prompt with administrator privileges.
4. Type SLMGR -REARM (SLMGR is Windows software licensing management tool. REARM command will reset the licensing status of machine) and press enter.
5. Now you will see a confirmation window, click on OK.
6. Restart your PC.
Now you will never receive error message. If you see same error message, then try SLMGR /REARM instead SLMGR -REARM.
Command SLMGR -REARM works for Windows 32 bit version. It even work for windows 64 bit version. Some times this command will not work for Windows 64 bit version. Then only try SLMGR /REARM instead SLMGR -REARM.
After following above procedure, you may remove windows not genuine error. But there is chance that you may have black background. In that case, change the background by going in to system properties. You can also re install OS and follow procedure.

Enjoy the windows 7 like original windows 7. But it is not enough, you must follow below steps to get error free Windows for lifetime.
As you are not using original windows, you are not authorised to update windows. If you update windows, Microsoft will install one file which can detect your window is genuine or not. So follow the below steps to switch off windows automatic update.
1. open control panel.
2. Go to windows update.
3. Click on “Install updates automatically(Recommended)”.
4. Select “never check for updates(Not recommended)”
Thanks for that R@me$h but unfortunately (or fortunately for me) I was not trying to crack a pirate copy which this can kinda do but wanted to reactivate a Genuine version which one of our guys has finally managed to do for me.
I won't mention his name but if you're having a similar problem WITH A GENUINE VERSION then post here & maybe he will offer to help you too.
Rearm is not a crack ,Take advantage of. M$ offer and use the new version 10 , it give you legal and latest ..
Nah, you know me Bas, it took you ages just to convince me to move from my trusty XP to Win7 and I'm still reading horror stories of people HATING the new Win10.
Apparently Win7 will continue to be supported for quite a few years more so there's no rush for me to sweat all over again!
PS rearm may not be a "crack" as such but is still an unofficial (non-MS) fix for an unofficial/broken/not-registered/unregistered version (and is also just a temporary/renewable fix rather than the "proper" way which I managed to do with some major help from someone here)
