Thank you for the upload. I will give it a try because all other maps that I found on the Net (unlocked) don't work on my Montana 700

The Firmware NOT available on the network, it can only be downloaded with Garmin Express.
If you are unable to connect the device to the G.E. you have to wait for a user to be able to post it
As an alternative you can copy the GarminDevice.xml File of the Device to a microSD card using a Boot Command:
- Take a microSD (4 GB is sufficiet) formatted in FAT32
- Create the following folder structure
SD root:\Garmin\Updater\NNNN (where NNNN = HWID of your Device) - Create a simple text file named as Update.txt with the following row of text
copy,0:/Garmin/GarminDevice.xml,2:/GarminDevice.xml - Insert SD in Device and reboot
- After reboot you will find the File GarminDevice.xml inside the SD root
