I've checked a few of my devices that use NTU maps for Europe and they also have this strange situation of only offering 2023.10 now
Seams like Garmin is having an issue with the latest release on some devices so have halted the update for them ? All we can do is wait.

When using Garmin Express with Nuvi 3598LM, there's no option to update the map to City Navigator Europe NTU 2023.20 version,
it just offers to reinstall existing 2023.10 map, and only gmaptz.img got updated.
All map updates used to work correctly up to 2023.10.
Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
Will unlocked maps work on this device? Frmware version is 5.50. Thanks.

On a Dutch forum is written yesterday (info from Garmin):
"There is indeed an issue with the 2023.20 at the moment and especially in combination with the somewhat older devices.
We expect to be able to offer the 2023.20 again with 2 to 3 weeks. "

Yes we discovered this recently by ourselves and posted examples yesterday ,please just check the thread relating to Europe NTU 2023.20 before starting another thread.
It appears even the latest devices can be effected,2 DS76's 1 updated last week received 2023.20 and the other check today only offered 2023.10
