Create two folders Garmin & Map
Change name of gmapprom to gmapsupp place in Map folder
In the Garmin folder create two folders JCV & SID put D4385180A.jcv in JCV folder & all the .SID files in the SID folder
SQLite D3408230A.db file works better if placed on the device in the .system/SQLite

Hi I have DriveAssist 51 how do I install? Do I have to unlock firmware 1st? Sorry I am newbie. When I put in .system folder the device turns on and says maps are corrupted. I tried reading through forums but get confused because of so many answers and for different devices.
I already have North America Maps which came with it but want Middle East Maps too.
Please check in your garmindevice.xml to see your HWID is 2590 this is the ONLY way to confirm you are getting the right firmware for your device,the name and model is not.
IMO for especially newbies adding maps to the device memory can occasionally cause the device to lock up if any of the files get corrupted during unpacking or copying & requires a lot of time & effort to recover.Using an SD card is much safer as it can be removed if there is a problem and re-formatted easily ,they are so cheap so why take the risk.

i had to take Garmin BaseCamp to send the gmapsupp.img in SD Card?
No no need to use Basecamp.I did say SD card is the same as in my reply.
Just copy gmapsupp.img to Map folder on SD card
