@kh2m,
Garmin DriveSmart 61 has strong protection built in, so it doesn't see unlocked maps.
If you want your device to see your unlocked maps, you must first repair the software ...

Tanks so much .I have unlocked garmin drivesmart 61 with universal firmware patcher and copied YOUR mena 2020 map after unlocked it with gimgunlock. All works perfectly,i'am so greatful
