    I have downloaded the Patched Firmware (JNX + Unlocked Maps) for GPSMAP276cx ver. 4.60
    How do I install the "patched" Firmware through the normal update procedure via WebUpdater as instructed in post #408

    All sorted should have done a search first


    1) Drag the Patched Firmware over the icon of WebUpdater (create it on Desktop)
    2) If the Device is USB connected the firmware will be flashed.
    3) If the procedure doesn't work you must downgrade firmware release first.


    Patched firmware works a treat

    As I know Garmin Drive 52 has Linux based Firmware, no cure until now

    Close! Drive 52 has proprietary Garmin OS however the firmware's internal content is encrypted. The somewhat similar Drive series 55/65 do run a form of Linux I believe. Regardless, no firmware patch is currently available for any of them.

    confirmed v3.10 zumo 396 is working good. The only thing don't work:
    - Simulate GPS indoor (somehow it went straight and not following the road)
    - Garmin Adventurous Routing. Somehow if this is selected as Calculation Mode, calculating route will fail.

    Did you happen to have fixed the above probs?

    No I don’t have this issue on patched 3.10 firmware.
    Everything is working fine.

    Perhaps select only one primary map for routing?

    can you help me pleasee, i try to flash patched firmware with updater and preboot mode, but no luck, can not entering in to preboot mod, mass storage is enabled
    any suggestion
