@sidihamid,
Have you checked the fuse in the Power cable for your car?
It is sometimes over looked as a problem......

i checked it. it's ok.
the temperature outside when the device doesn't work is approximately 30° CELUS.
the temperature at night when it works 19° C.
You are well in the temperature range for it to work.
Contact Garmin about you problem.
Or get a dashboard mount to keep it away from the windscreen.
Running your AC also will help keep it cool when you tell the setting to blow on to the windscreen.
Operating temperature range From -20° to 55°C (from -4° to 131°F)
Charging temperature range From 0° to 45°C (from 32° to 113°F)
This should be OK, the unit will get hotter than this inside depending on your vehicle but you have already tried moving it around and out of the sun.
If the battery was getting too hot it would stop charging but not normally give this message.
This message is normally related to the cable, and specifically applies to the amount of current the device thinks the cable is providing to it.
1. When you tried another cable did you use another genuine Garmin vehicle power adapter recommended for this device?
2. What is the Garmin model number printed on each of the two power adapters you tried?
ok i 'll cheked them
