    Tools -> Settings -> System -> Current Time
    or, better, fix satellites and the Date&Time will be adjusted automatically

    The reason is a global GPS Time Rollover Failure.
    It depends of GPS chip on your 3790. Please share here a window form menu: About device...
    The 3790 may have got two types of GPS chip. The one is patchable and the another not.

    I did as you said. The time is correct but the date is not adjusted.

    What Hirvitie means is the wellknown GPS Week Number Rollover problem, read here for more information:

    If your Device is potentially affected by issue depend if it uses the 10-bit or 13-bit method of encoding the week number, if it uses 10-bit better ask to Garmin.
    I suggest you to perform anyway an Hardware Reset:
    1. Power Off Device by pressing and hold Power button for about 7-8 seconds
    2. Power On again, as Logo Garmin appears press and hold lower-right corner of Display until a message appear
      "Do you want clear your Data?", or somewhat like.
    3. Pressing YES your Device will be Reset, you must reenter all the Settings

    Thank you for helping ... I made the Hardware Reset but I still can't edit the date.
