Help Shifting NT maps, can anyone help me?

    Hi everyone
Does anyone know how to "move" (shift) a map for China, so that the coordinates and the map do match?
There used to be an unofficial "venus" version of the Garmin latest China NT map updated regularly, but the guy doing it stopped a while ago.
I'm an European living in south China and I'm using an old 2015 map, the latest available, which is becoming a problem due to the speed at which new highways/roads appear over here.

Shifting China Maps is not simple as a different standard is used in China (GCJ-02 system against WGS84)
    Code:
Only the registered members can see the CODE Contents. Please Login OR Register.

HERE Maps, used by Garmin adopts native GCJ-02 system for their Maps, and when plotted on a standard GPS Device (WGS84) the shift appears.
Chinese GPS Device have, embedded in GPS chips the reverse conversion algorithm, so they show the right position.
A valid alternative could be OpenStreet Maps, as they use exclusively WGS84 standard.
Map of China could be downloaded from here:
    Code:

    .
Although these Maps seem to be illegal to use in China, they are the only solution for the shifting problem

    @FireFox58:
someone did it years ago by "shifting" the original ENGLISH language maps that Garmin used earlier on, up to 2015, thus it is clearly doable.
That's absolutely NOT me saying it's easy, just that it is doable, so I'm looking for tools and method, so that I could sped some free time tinkering with it.
Besides, I'm looking for maps that will be usable for everyday driving, those from OpenStreetMap are hardly so.
    Any help will be appreciated

I well know China Venus version and I didn't say it's impossible to shift coordinates, I said only it's hard.
About OSM Maps, you have to try them before judge them, They are perfecty Routable, use English language ad WGS84 and are weekly updated.
I installed them on PC yesterday (just for fun), both standard and Topo. They seem to be very detailed

I had tried some OSM versions in the past, that's why I wrote so.
Nevertheless, I just tested the latest China version available, for the sake of "you never know" ;-)
The map is "not bad", but nowhere near the details of the (already old but the last usable I know of) 2015 VENUS one I'm using, see attached pics I took a short while ago: top bigger navi has 2015 Garmin map, small bottom has latest 2020 OSM map.
It is clear that there are plenty of missing small streets.

It might as well be that the EU/NA/etc. OSM maps have more details and or more volunteers working on them, but the China one (at least for the city I live in) is a no go.
I've found some more references, which dig deep into the peculiarities of the China map specs:

All that said, and me NOT being an expert, I was hoping to find one of those tools packing all this theory into an EXE file that did the magic and "moved" all coordinates in one shot... and still hope so! :-)
