I'm trying to update the maps, but I have difficulties in the steps I must follow.
I need help from experts here, what files and tools I have to use to update the maps.
I'm ready to collaborate on everything you need to know about this device.

Nuvì 1350 use NT European Maps, your reference Thread is this:

You need only IMG Unlocked:

1. Download Original IMG from Post #1(8231_gmapprom.img 2.92 GB)
2. Unlock it with
   Link URL:

   Only the registered members can see the Link URLs. Please Login OR Register.

   Tool
3. Copy the Unlocked Map in folder \.System, overwriting the existing one, or
   Put the Map in folder \Garmin of an external microSD renaming the Map itsself in gmapsupp.img

What should I do with 8231_D2504280A_jcv file? Do I need other files like 8231_gmap3d.rar and TimeZoneMap_2300.rar?

TimeZoneMap is the Map just related to Time Zone, it's free and updated automatically by WebUpdater and/or any GE updater
3DBuildibg Map (gmap3d.img) is NOT recognized, so it is useless in these Devices
Nuvì 12xx-13xx series, with excepion of 1390 DO NOT have JCV function enabled by default, so it's useless unless you apply the relative MOD to Firmware to enable this feature.

Attached you have an SD Package to Enable permanently JCV function in these Nuvì series (Firmware version 6.30, last available).

Istructions:

1. Connect Device to PC via USB connector and browse folders
2. Delete, if present the File GUPDATE.GCD from folder \.System
3. Download Attached File and extract in the root of an emty microSD
4. Shutdown Device and insert microSD into the appropriate slot
5. Switch On Device, the MOD will be applied automatically and Device Reboot itsself
6. After reboot you can use JCV funcion (copy D2504280A_jcv in folder \.System\JCV, create it if it doesn't exists).
7. The microSD can be extracted

NOTE: The MOD is PERMANENT, any eventually Firmware Update will NOT delete it

Devices interested by this MOD (do not use on others HWIDs):

• Nuvì 12xx (HWID 971)
• Nuvì 13xx and 14xx (HWID 972)
• Nuvi 13xx and 14xx MTK (HWID 1104)
• Nuvi 12xx MTK (HWID 1106)

Thank you very much again for your help @FireFox58. I did the update/patch/mod and after, I copied D2504280A.jcv in the folder \Garmin\JCV of microSD card. Everything went well.

My last question is: how to verify that this option (JCV function) is enabled?

You can simulate a Path (using GPS simulation) that includes some Highways exit.
Taking a look to the various path segment you will see the JCV too, if any

@FireFox58 i remember the existence of another zone patch for Multipoint routing, import routes, etc. Do you know where it can be found for the same models 1xxx above?
