You get that message, because you have updated the firmware. New Garmin sets do not work with hacked maps. This happened to one of my sets. I did not update firmware on the others.

If i wanna update the firmware. What can i do?


Do you have another way to update without block.

You have to sure your map is updated if not i think its a technical issue you can contact to customer care center
