I'm not completely sure but Drive Smart 71 should have a Linux based Firmware, if so it's UnPatchable.
Anyway, look inside GarminDevice.xml of device to discover HWID ()
Why did you open a new thread () to ask for the same question?

Hi
I got my Garmin Zumo XT yesterday looks very nice but unfortunately it does not work with "Friluftskartan v4 or v5", snowmobile map its ok, any solution to this. Im looking after "Friluftskartan Pro v6 but cant find
@yamaha07 I am afraid that you need to patch the firmware in order to see newer (NT) maps in Zumo XT. There are threads about patching, different methods can be used. I do not know if Zumo XT uses the Garmin propriatary OS, if it is a linux based type patching is not possible as far as I know?.
Smulan is right, Zumo XT has Linux based software and it is NOT Patchable
:ay:
How are the maps working on this new device cos i'm thinking of buying one too
