I think the only thing that remains for you to do, besides a nice mea culpa is to rely on Garmin assistance.

You can verify that Unlocked maps are read well, if so the Patch has been installed fine
Anyway, in case you get mad, this is a custom SD flash kit only for HWID 2436 devices (Zumo 595), firmware version 4.60

Also, where do I find gupdate.gcd, would that be in .system folder?

The rows you mentioned are the Command to flash new Firmware
rrgn stands for "read region"
xrgn stands for "writes region"
