    I updated the America version device to version 8.30 and it gives an error that radio function disabled-frequency is not authorized for this location, can't authenticate maps. I did a master reset and uploaded the patch you shared with the web updater. now it just gives can't authenticate maps error. help please

    Normally yes, it can read Topo Maps, but may be you need to patch your device.
