If they cant install to this device what do I need to make it update to newest map for UK and Europe

Why not use the City Navigator Europe NTU 2016.10 link?

So many Downloads which one from that link you gave do I need just for UK and Europe ex. Germany etc

Because NTU is newer devices, your Nuvi 265W use NT maps.
I cant know what coutries you realy need.
