Should I take advantage of the free Windows 10 upgrade?

Default Should I take advantage of the free Windows 10 upgrade?

I'm very happily running Windows 7 Home Premium on a desktop PC but the offer of the free upgrade to Windows 10 expires this week. Most PC software websites seem to recommend the switch but maybe they're paid to do that so I would like personal opinions & experiences from "real" users, thanks.
So....my questions and your own opinions/experiences please:-
    1. Is it worth the hassle (just cos it's new) as I only use my PC for web browsing/emails etc (and of course playing with TT's) and I don't 'game' or even skype etc?
    2. I understand that there's a one month window of opportunity to roll back to my Windows 7 if I'm not happy but is it really that easy to do as they say?
    3. I understand that support will end for Windows 7 in 2020 (or is it 2018) but does that really matter too much?
    4. I'm already running Malwarebytes plus some other PRO utilities from IObit so I'm pretty comfortable with my current security.

    5. I use SRWare Iron as my main browser as I reckon it's light & quick rather that IE or Firefox or Google Chrome so I'd like to keep using this.

I'm sure I'll think of other things maybe after reading a few replies/opinions so thanks in advance

i would have left as it is . Cause windows 10 is still non compatible with many third party applications and little bit lags with bigger apps
and i am sure Microsoft will always provide free upgrades to windows 10 every year so nothing to worry about it ..

60% windows users over internet will suggest you the same thing for now . May be it would change in coming future but surely not now .
you might have more issues with x64 bit and daily windows is releasing some major updates and they are not stable too

Thanks again, this sounds like good common sense to me and "just because it's new" doesn't make it better and, as we say, if it isn't broke; why fix it?

I'm still be interested in others feedback though so please guys, what are your opinions?

So, which do you prefer and will stick with or are you undecided too?

I guess Windows 10 is the future but I prefer 7 so will stay with it for a while longer.

I find Windows 10 much more intuitive than Windows 8.
So going from 7 to 10 was not such a quantum leap as from 7 to 8.

Well, I must admit I'm really tempted to go for it.
I've already done a full Macrium Reflect backup image and a Rescue Media thingy (which I've checked DOES boot up my PC to the Reflect program OK) on an external hard drive so theoretically I'm good to go BUT I want a clear run at it allowing a couple of hours (or more??) so still reading/checking stuff out before I jump!
Thanks for all your help & suggestions so far.

Anything not mentioned in previous posts that I really do need to be very aware of??
